What I can suggest for you? Find a way to enjoy the food you eat. Find a way to enjoy eating. Find a way to be at peace with your body.

And no, I don’t expect this will be easy, or fast, or without some bumps in the road. It’s a big shift to make. But please know where you’re at right now, the beliefs you hold about food and your body, are not your fault. They are the fault of our diet culture. Getting rid of that diet culture and all that goes with it can mean the difference between continuing the negativity or finding peace and freedom.

At 34 years old, I've been on a "diet" since I was a teenager.

Module 6: Feeling Your Fullness

Learn what satiety feels like at different stages of eating. Enlist mindfulness and body check-ins to stay abreast of the changing signals from your body and know when to stop eating.


Module 7: Satisfaction Factor

Did you know it's important to enjoy the food you eat? Ever found yourself eating and eating and eating and never really being satisfied? Food has more of a purpose than just providing energy and nutrients for your body. Food as a source of pleasure is an important part of full satisfaction in eating.


Module 8: Coping with Emotions

If you've ever been sad or stressed or really excited, chances are you reached for food or used food in some way shape or form to deal with your situation. Food is oftne used as a way to distract ourselves from emotions we don't want to feel. Learn how to uncover when your doing this and how to employ alternative options.


Module 9: Respect for your Body

You likely show respect for your parents or elders. You show respect for you boss. And you expect your kids to respect you . But have you ever given any thought to showing or demanding respect for yourself? Learning how to do this involves acceptance and results in improved self confidence and just plain liking yourself. 


Module 10: Enjoyable Movement

Exercise has so many negative connotations. And chances are when you hear the word you scrunch up your face a bit. Good news! We don't do exercise in this program...instead we do enjoyable movement. And YOU get to pick waht it is!


Module 11: Gentle Nutrition

Intuitive eating is not only about eating whatever you want whenever you want to. So often I hear people assuming intuitive eating blatantly disregards nutrition and health. That simply is not the case. In this module we learn howto incorporate healthful nutritionally balanced meals into your eating plan WHILE still honoring all the other principles.

Tammi Brochman

Tammi has been a Registered Dietitian for 23 years. She has counseled hundreds (maybe even thousands?) over those years and learned the value in diversity. 

She first went through her own intuitive eating journey (and as you'll find out, it's a lifelong journey). She fell in love with the peace and freedom it brought to her world and wanted to share it with anyone who would listen.

She knows the value in enjoying life and does so through her hobbies of camping, riding motorcycle with her husband,  and reading. She'd love to help you find time and head space to enjoy your hobbies more and heal those broken food relationships !
