I don’t know about you, but this certainly wasn’t me when I first started my business. Quite the opposite. My story doesn’t begin with a desire to “help people” (unless you count helping me to create an income-producing business that I can work on in the nooks and crannies of being a mom of 4, one of whom was struggling to find his place and his peace on the autism and ADHD spectrum). Nope. What it looked like for me has been years of working to find my place amongst supposed overnight success pros and coaches who seemed to have their lives all put together. It has been days without showers, nights crying myself to sleep, mornings filled with too much coffee, and always a nagging pull between working on my business and being present for my kids. 

But somewhere in that struggle, the light did come on. I realized that burning the proverbial candle at both ends would never work, and I needed to upend my strategy. Funny that this dietitian health-conscious mom struggled to figure out what she preached to her clients, eh?! Well, it’s not all that funny, but that’s my truth. It’s the core foundation of why I’m creating the PLR materials I am making now: I aim to help other moms on the struggle bus figure this out faster and easier than I did.
